FAQs and Policies
At Clarity Over Chaos, we want your experience to be simple and transparent from checkout to delivery. Please review the information below before placing your order. If you have additional questions, contact us at info@shopclarityoverchaos.com. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.
Orders & Shipping
Physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping estimates begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. At launch, orders are available for shipping within the United States only.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and unexpected carrier delays are outside of our direct control. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to make a change? Orders may be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or preference after an order has been fulfilled.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, photos, dimensions, formats, and other details before purchasing.
Damaged Orders
We take care in preparing and packaging every physical order. If your planner arrives with significant damage that affects its usability, please contact us within 2 calendar days of confirmed delivery at info@shopclarityoverchaos.com and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Eligible claims will be reviewed for a replacement.
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not prevent the planner from being used—including slightly bent or dented corners, minor cover impressions, or similar shipping-related cosmetic wear—do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Damage occurring after delivery, including water exposure, improper storage, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, is not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, your property management/mailroom, and the shipping carrier.
We are happy to assist with available shipping information; however, Clarity Over Chaos cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Digital Products
All digital products, including the Digital Personal Finance Workbook — Excel Edition, are final sale and non-refundable due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable products.
Digital products are intended for personal use only. Files may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, reproduced for commercial purposes, or otherwise made available to another person or business.
Limited Editions
Limited-edition products, including the Essence Personal Finance Planner, are produced in limited quantities and are available while supplies last. Availability and future restocks are not guaranteed.
Preorders & Inventory
Unless a product is specifically identified as a preorder, physical products are offered based on available inventory. Any preorder-specific processing or estimated shipping information will be clearly stated on the applicable product page.
